How stunning is the fitout for this new Sneakerboy store designed by March Studio in Melbourne!

What makes it even more interesting is the intergration of web and app technology into the fitout. Customers can scan sneakers in the store and purchase them using the Sneakerboy app on their phone or using one of the instore iPads. Tickers on the shelves respond to these sales along with online purchases to provide up to the minute info on sales or sold out stock.

It may all seem a bit gimicky at the moment, but this it definitely a peak into the future of shopping where out phone becomes the conduit for all out shopping activity. Say goodbye to real money, your useless wallet and plastic cards... and maybe the bored shop assistant.
